STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY OF
QUIKSERV CORP.
PASS-THRU WINDOWS & DRAWERS

Quikserv pass-thru windows and drawers manufactured by Quikserv Corp. (a Texas Corporation) are warranted under this Standard Limited Warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from date of installation, excluding any glass in the window or fixed panels. Ordinary operational adjustments, normal wear and tear, or physical abuse, are not covered under this agreement.

For valid warranty claims during the first (1) year after original installation, manufacturer, at its sole option, will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.

All warranty work must be performed by an authorized Quikserv Service Representative. Any service performed by an unauthorized agent during the warranty period or any modifications made to the window or drawer by the user will void the warranty. This warranty is limited to products installed within the geographical boundaries of the United States and Canada. All damaged and/or replaced parts must be returned to Quikserv Corp. in order for us to honor the replacement as warranty.

The above is limited warranty and the only warranty made by seller. Any and all other warranties of any kind whatsoever, including those for merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. Buyer agrees seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Quikserv air curtains manufactured by Quikserv Corp. (a Texas Corporation) are warranted under this Standard Limited Warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from date of installation. manufacturer, at its sole option, will repair or replace the defective product. Manufacturer will pay for all shipping charges, both inbound and outbound; however, you will be responsible for labor charges.
